About me

I worked as a consultant engineer for over 12 years in London (UK). Working in large corporate contexts, I learned to manage teams of 20+ professionals. I built my own skills and confidence on modern and mindful leadership models. I now wanted to help others do the same.

I’ve spent the past 7 years coaching and mentoring professionals to lead with confidence and empathy, both in professional and personal settings.

I trained as a Transformative Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching, specialising in modern leadership and trauma-informed coaching. I am an accredited coach at senior practitioner level with EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

A great leader doesn't have all the answers.
